Have you tried our famous Chow mein at the bazaar? Do you want to learn how to make this unique Japanese-Canadian dish? It’s definitely not typical Japanese food, nor Chinese. You certainly can’t find this delicious Nikkei dish at any restaurant anywhere. Donnie and Yumiko will share their family recipe and show how to make it right.
