Professional chef will sharpen your precious knives using 3 kind of Toishi (sharpening stone) one site. Reservation not required. First come, first served. It may not be possible to sharpen heavily rusted or chipped knives and knives of certain materials.

  • Date: Monday, September 18, between 10 am and 2 pm.
  • Place: Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre of Montreal (JCCCM)
  • Fees: $5/knife for JCCCM member, $10 for non-member
