Hocho (Japanese style cooking knife) sharpening service
Professional chef will sharpen your precious knife using Toishi (sharpening stone) one by one on the spot. Reservation not required. First come, first served. Heavily rusted or chipped knife might not be able to be sharpend.
- Date: Monday, May 29 and June 12, between 10 am and 2 pm.
- Place: Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre of Montreal (JCCCM)
- Fees: $3/knife for JCCCM member, $5 for non-member
