  1. Hello,
I just saw that you offered Ikebana lessons this fall. Will you be offering a session in the winter, I’m very interested?

    Thank you,

    • Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our activities. We’ll have a Chow mein workshop coming up on June 12 (see our site: http://www.jcccm-cccjm.ca/chow-mein-workshop-june-12-2017/). During summer, however, we don’t have any plan for Cooking course. If you are interested in something specific, for example, sushi or home cooking style Japanese food, please let us know. Thanks!

  2. Hello. I am wondering if you consider any suggestions for new classes? I thought “wagashi making”, and Japanese instrument classes (shamisen, sanshin, etc) would be very interesting to learn.
